The Showcase of Homes is a specialized marketing program for builder members of the Las Cruces Home Builders Association to showcase craftmanship and promote future home sales, as well as for suppliers to present their products and services in actual new home settings throughout the Las Cruces area.

2024 publications can be picked up at all Citizens Bank locations, Dona Ana Title, LAs Cruces Abstract & Title, GECU Mortgage, and outside of our office located at 2825 N. Main St. Las Cruces, NM 88001.

Fridays 4 pm -7 pm
Saturdays 10 am – 5 pm

Sundays 12 pm -5 pm

Hakes Brothers Home will be closed on Sundays

Award Tiers & Categories

List of awards for the 2024 showcase will be based on this year’s category tiers. Chair Committee, Jason Kipker, and Executive Director, Nicole Perez will tally results by Thursday, May 2nd and awards will be presented to the winners on the morning of Friday, May 3rd.
